Eaton appoints Power On as authorised integrator

Eaton has appointed Power On Australia as its first authorised integrator of Eaton DC power solutions in Australia.

As part of the agreement, Power On Australia will be able to design, engineer and integrate Eaton DC power systems for customers in Australia.

Boyd Lockett, CEO Power On Australia, said, “This new milestone comes at a time when customers are looking for more customised DC power solutions to support telecommunications and critical electrical infrastructure in challenging conditions — from the Australian outback to bustling city centres.”

Power On Australia can locally design, build and in-house test with highly efficient and reliable DC power solutions for every network application including telecommunications, data centres, enterprise IT, government, defence and utilities, said Lockett.

“For many of our mining, infrastructure and industrial customers, there is noticeably a strong interest in the flexible modular designs of Eaton DC systems which are highly scalable, compact and easily installed and maintained — with a new range of enclosures that can withstand the toughest conditions.”  

Power On Australia stocks Eaton DC products for Enterprise and Access applications along with items such as enclosures, front terminal batteries, cable sets and switchgear. This is in addition to the full range of Eaton AC UPS products.
