Clean energy expo co-locates with sustainability conference
This year, the Australian Sustainability Conference and Exhibition will co-locate with two other major events: All-Energy 2013 and WasteExpo 2013, respectively the country’s largest clean energy and waste management events.
The program will cover sectors such as technology, water and energy efficiency, management and ethics, resource management, ethical investment, business practice and strategy, upskilling workforces and international innovative practice.
“Australian Sustainability, which is the largest of its kind in Australia this year, will see both Australian and international leaders join in two days of groundbreaking panel discussions and a range of learning and information sharing opportunities,” said Anthony Reed, event director, Australian Sustainability.
“This event provides a unique opportunity for Australian businesses and government to showcase their leading sustainability efforts and to learn from others who have successfully adapted sustainability strategies within their industry sector.”
Australian Sustainability will also host the 25th anniversary of the Banksia Sustainability Awards on the first night of the event.
The second annual Australian Sustainability Conference and Exhibition will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 9 and 10 October. For more information, visit www.australiansustainability.com.au.
