Bonlec and North Australian Electrical latest Siemens distribution partners
Siemens is pleased to announce Bonlec and North Australian Electrical as its most recent distribution partners. They will be operating as authorised distributors in Mackay, Townsville, Cairns and Darwin for the company’s range of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) products.
Bonlec represents all of the North Queensland locations while North Australian Electrical in Winnellie will represent the Northern Territory.
“From February, our new distribution partners will assist us in increasing the level of service to our HVAC customers in North Queensland and the Northern Territory,” said Shane Cusick, Siemens Building Technologies Channel Program Manager.
“Having active representation in the local North Queensland and Northern Territory markets, we will be able to better support our customers with faster quotation turnaround times, easier access to products, faster delivery times and reduced downtime on site with more technical support readily available.”
With the introduction of a national sales and technical telephone support centre, Siemens will continue to assist customers and the new distribution partners around the country with sales and technical support enquiries.
“We are most excited about the addition of more distribution partners in North Queensland and in Darwin and are confident that customers will receive the highest level of service through our national team and the new authorised distribution partners. With this latest appointment, we continue to grow our partnerships adding to the network in Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, which will provide better local access to Siemens HVAC products,” Cusick said.
