Australia's most attractive employers revealed
Schneider Electric, the global energy management and automation company, has been named as one of Australia’s top 10 “most attractive employers for job seekers” by employment firm Randstad.
Work-life balance, job security and career progression were listed as top considerations for job seekers, according to the survey findings.
The top five employers in the annual survey of 7795 potential job seekers were Qantas, ABC, Virgin Australia, PwC, Coca-Cola Amatil and Seven West Media.
Schneider Electric’s zone president for Australia and New Zealand, Gareth O’Reilly, said: “We are honoured to have been recognised as one of Australia’s most desirable companies to work for.
