Allied Telesis appoints new country manager
Allied Telesis has appointed Shayne Taylor as Country Manager for Allied Telesis Australia. Based in Sydney, Taylor will be responsible for growing the company’s sales presence and managing existing business and channel partners.
Taylor comes to the position with 25 years’ experience in the IT industry. His previous role was National Networking Commercial Sales Manager at Hewlett Packard (HP). In this role, Taylor held overall responsibility for all aspects of HP’s networking business within Australia.
“Shayne brings a distinct industry vision and market development experience that will enable Allied Telesis to serve our growing base of Australian customers and channel partners while at the same time enabling them to fully leverage the potential of their existing Allied Telesis network infrastructure solutions,” said Jakub Duch, Managing Director of APAC Sales, Allied Telesis.
“We look forward to cementing our market leadership position through deploying the skills which Shane brings to the company coupled with continued product innovation and execution of our corporate strategy.”
