75th IEC General Meeting
The Australian National Committee of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), in conjunction with Standards Australia, will be hosting the 75th IEC General Meeting.
The General Meeting will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 24-28 October 2011.
Technical Committee and Subcommittee meetings will start on 19 October 2011 and continue until 31 October 2011.
The IEC General Meeting attracts over 1000 members and accompanying persons from 70 countries.
This year’s meeting will attract large numbers of experts in the area of equipment for explosive atmospheres, AV and multimedia equipment, fibre optics, electromagnetic compatibility and other areas in the Australian industry.
