Multicon multichannel controller

The Multicon multichannel controller with record data option integrates advanced control functions (PID, on/off, time, profiles) with logging of setpoints, process variables and the current state of controlled objects.

When used in conjunction with a PLC, the controller can act as the process-variable display, analog-input module, recorder and PID analog control output module. A pre-programmed colour touch screen allows quick configuration.

Although compact, it can integrate up to 48 direct inputs and a total of 60 inputs using external modules from process variables. Its modular construction allows users to select up to three of the 16 available input/output cards.

With 1.5 GB of internal data memory, the device can simultaneously record all 60 built-in logical channels, at up to 10 times/s. These values can be downloaded via USB flash drive or optionally via ethernet.

Modbus RTU RS485 is supplied, with Modbus over ethernet an optional communication method.
