The Cool-Vent range of powered air vents, manufactured by Active Thermal Management, is designed for mounting into office or building cabinetry, to match specific wood finishes and complement interior decors.
The range consists of three products — Cool-Vent I, II and III — each designed to quietly move air through different sized enclosures. A solid timber grille hides the fans that can be set up to either pull or push hot air out of the installation.
The primary differences between the three are size and capacity. Cool-Vent I is a single-speed product controlled by a thermal switch which activates at 32°C. Cool-Vent II and III are both controlled through a dual thermal switch assembly that turns on the fans at 32°C and then switches to a higher speed at 38°C.
The products are available in over 26 natural timber species that can later be custom finished to match built-in cabinets, furniture, displays or signage designs.
