Crimp lugs for flexible cables
Dual System by Elpress AB is designed for crimping copper lugs onto flexible or welding cables. The copper lug is first crimped with a conventional hexagonal crimp, then, while the hex dies are still closed, a sequential indent crimp is performed.
The resulting crimp provides a gas-tight crimp with electrical and mechanical properties.
The crimp system is designed for demanding conditions typically found in traction, mining, marine and other harsh environments.
