ILME levers for 21.21 enclosures
In industrial environments with limited space, compact design is essential to streamline operations and improve installation efficiency, even under application constraints.
ILME’s latest 21.21 compact enclosures have evolved to meet these needs, further enhancing the range’s reliability and usability.
The new design for both rigid and plastic levers used in the 21.21 enclosures’ locking mechanism features a smoother, more refined shape compared to previous versions — delivering improved strength, consistent performance and faster set-up.
For zinc die-cast enclosures, the range offers a rigid galvanised steel lever for MKAXX and a rigid stainless steel lever for MKA. These feature reduced peg wear, easy opening thanks to an ergonomic handle, improved hood coupling with folded edges, and increased thickness (1.2 mm) for greater corner robustness.
The self-extinguishing thermoplastic material lever for MK (grey or black version) is designed for insulating enclosures. It is characterised by improved strength thanks to a closed-hole design replacing the previous open version, and easy opening provided by the ergonomic handle.
