ifm efector has added new features and functions to the ifm product line of speed monitors. In addition to the high input frequency of up to 60,000 pulses per minute and configurable functions, these also include an extended operating temperature range up to -40°C. The luminous OLED display allows an optimal indication of all display values.
The speed monitors calculate the rotational speed by evaluating pulses. If the current values are above or below the set limit values, the transistor and relay outputs are switched. This allows reliable speed and standstill detection.
The speed monitors DD2501, DD2503 and DD2603 monitor the rotational speed of one channel with two separately adjustable limit values.
