The IBC is an intelligent batch controller with an 8-digit 14 mm character height LED display. All functions of the instrument are programmable from the front panel by touch buttons with tactile feedback. Variables are stored in non-volatile memory.
The controller has been designed to operate with turbine, positive displacement and paddlewheel flow sensors as well as proximity switches and can be configured in the field to batch up or down, with a number of display options during batching.
The instrument features two output relays for single- or dual-stage valve operation, ‘end-of-batch’ and ‘pulse-per-litre-delivered’ open collector output signals and front panel touch-switches for batch stop, start and resume that can also be controlled externally through opto-isolated inputs for PLC remote control.
The instrument is supplied in a panel-mount enclosure with IP65-rated fascia that is watertight and resistant to most chemicals.
