Secured Signing provides a comprehensive and secure SaaS digital signature service that delivers a full range of form completion and e-signing capabilities. It combines advanced personalised X509 PKI Digital Signature technology with easy-to-use, simple-to-deploy, compliant solutions and enables users to utilise smartphones, PCs and tablet devices to capture graphical signature, fill-in, sign, seal and verify documents anywhere, anytime.

It also offers an Australian Tax Office (ATO)-approved, online tax file number (TFN) declaration service. To meet ATO requirements, a code required to complete the signing process is sent by SMS to provide a second form of identity verification. This two-factor authentication by SMS is part of the standard ‘We Sign’ workflow.

Invitees can Reroute or Decline invitations, allowing recipients to provide the details of the authorised signatories. The program automatically reissues the invitation and the document log captures the details of the reroute, providing transparency for the document owner.

The solution streamlines business processes, cuts back on expenses, expedites delivery cycles, improves staff efficiency and enhances customer service.
