Data centre environment monitor

Basic CMC is an entry-level system for monitoring IT infrastructure that combines a processing unit and I/O unit in a single enclosure.

Up to four sensors can be connected enabling IT managers to choose between 17 different sensors or actuator types. These sensors can be used to monitor ambient data such as temperature, humidity or smoke as well as technical parameters and access to the IT rack.

The system features a network interface and an intuitive web user interface, where data registered by the sensors is forwarded via network and SNMP to the administrator console, which triggers an alarm if preset thresholds are exceeded. This means the entire IT infrastructure can be monitored from a central location with a minimum of effort.
