Cable Ways Silver Star configurable outdoor cabinets

The Cable Ways Silver Star outdoor equipment cabinet series is manufactured in New Zealand from marine-grade aluminium or optional 316 stainless steel, and is designed to provide a standardised yet highly configurable solution for outdoor network infrastructure. Cabinet dimensions, mounting configurations, thermal management systems, locking arrangements and equipment mounting options can be selected within a predefined platform, reducing engineering lead times while maintaining application flexibility.

The series supports 19″, 21″ and 23″ EIA/ETSI equipment mounting and includes thermal management options ranging from sealed IP65 plain door configurations to natural convection and forced convection cooling systems.

Designed for telecommunications and remote infrastructure environments, Silver Star cabinets are suitable for fibre distribution nodes, GSM base stations, traffic management systems, remote monitoring sites, water management infrastructure and battery storage applications.

A key advantage of the Silver Star series is its ability to provide configurable solutions with faster delivery compared to fully custom-built cabinet projects, helping network operators and integrators respond more efficiently to rollout and upgrade requirements.
