Aquascan is a weatherproof movement sensor that has been designed to act as an added safety measure for the exterior of a home.

Sensing movement outside, the device can switch on outside lights to illuminate the way for homeowners returning at night or complement the home‘s existing security system to alert intruders.

The sensor can be programmed to keep lights on for anywhere between 15 s and 7 minutes, helping to conserve energy by not leaving the lights on for prolonged periods of time.

A flexible dual ball joint, which can rotate up to 180°, combined with an adjustable sensor range of up to 18 m, enables the sensor to be focused on a particular area, such as a main gate or front door.

For additional versatility, the sensor can also be set to turn on lights at 1 lux or at full sun and can be mounted to a wall or ceiling.
