Tuesday, 31 August, 2010 | Supplied by: Soanar Limited

The Mean Well TN/TS-3000 series DC/AC true sine wave inverters are lightweight and have a claimed efficiency of up to 92%. They can provide 3000 W continuously, 3450 W for 3 min, 4500 W for 10 s, or 6000 W surge power for 30 utility cycles.

The TS-3000 model is a typical power inverter. It has a built-in AC charger and a solar charger that can operate with or without solar panels and battery banks in UPS and energy-saving modes.

The series is equipped with complete protection, including BAT overvoltage, BAT low alarm, BAT low shutdown, internal fuse, BAT reverse polarity, and DC circuit breaker for input side and short-circuit, inverter-overload, over-temperature protections, AC circuit breaker and GFCI (optional).

The series is claimed to comply with global safety and EMC certificates and is suitable for power tools, office and portable equipment in vehicles or places without power service or with poor power quality.
