Cembre Rolly 2000 thermal transfer printer and Genius software
The Cembre Rolly 2000 is a 300 dpi high-resolution printer using thermal transfer technology designed for high-volume printing of wire markers, cable labels and cable markers for electrical, switchboard and control panel labelling requirements.
Robust and quiet, it is claimed to provide fast, reliable and intensive operation for an office or factory floor and is capable of printing 1000 wire markers in less than 2 min.
It prints up to 140,000 wire markers per ribbon and its thermal transfer technology reduces label costs by eliminating the need to continually change ink cartridges and replace pens.
The printer and the Genius labelling software are claimed to make basic alpha/numeric and serialised text entry an easy process. Data-importing functionality enables wire and cable label data to be imported directly from cable schedules in a number of formats.
