Breconcherry Turbo SSB 125 slotted spray ball

Wednesday, 06 July, 2011 | Supplied by: Tecpro Australia

The Breconcherry Turbo SSB 125 is fitted with a 1.25” BSP female connection and generates a stronger impingement force with a cleaning throw length of 5 m at 4 bar.

The product can clean vessels up to 10 m in diameter. It works by using a slow, constant rotation, which allows longer chemical dwell times and improved cleaning action. It also features high-impact fan jets that cut down on cleaning time. As with the other smaller-sized Turbo SSB heads, the 125 version has the same hydraulic bearing design with no ball bearings.

The drive chamber contains a unique pressure regulation system that helps to keep the rotation speed consistent under differing pressure, meaning the fan jets work more effectively due to their better jet peripheral velocity.

Constructed from stainless steel 316L, PTFE or C-PTFE, the spray ball has a 360° spray pattern. It allows a maximum liquid temperature of 95°C and a maximum ambient temperature of 140°C. Wash fluid is directed through the slots on the rotating ball, making it suitable for burst rinsing or prolonged, strong-impact washing.
